Article 26: Language

Part VIII — CONDUCT OF THE ARBITRATION

26.1 The language of the arbitration shall be as agreed by the parties. Failing agreement, the language shall be English.

26.2 The Tribunal may direct that any document filed in a language other than the language of the arbitration be accompanied by a translation.

Parties with a valid arbitration agreement may file a Notice of Arbitration under the Consolidated Rulebook. The Secretariat acknowledges within one business day.

Commence a Matter

Withdrawal within fourteen days of the Notice is permitted under Article 7 without forfeiture of the Registration Fee *.
