Lex Arbitrate is an institutional arbitration centre established in 2026 to administer arbitration, mediation, structured negotiation assistance, and emergency arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the Mediation Act, 2023.
The Institutional Purpose
Lex Arbitrate exists to operationalise a single commitment: that disputes entrusted to institutional administration will be resolved quickly and well. The institution is governed by a Governing Council, administered by a Registry, and served by an empanelled bench bound by a Code of Conduct and the Consolidated Rulebook.
