The Panel is organised in four tiers: Legal Panel; Specialist Arbitrators; Technical Experts; and the Mediation Panel. Empanelment is by the respective Panel Committee on criteria of standing, experience, and disciplinary record. Disclosure is continuing.
The Directory
The Panel Directory lists empanelled neutrals with their areas of specialisation, jurisdictional experience, and institutional appointments to date. Directory entries are filterable by tier, language, seat, and subject-matter expertise.
