Rules of Arbitration and Mediation

The Consolidated Rulebook, version 1.2, comprises 59 Articles organised across nine Parts. It governs the conduct of arbitration, mediation, structured negotiation assistance, and emergency arbitration administered under the auspices of Lex Arbitrate.

Structure of the Rulebook

Parts I–IX cover commencement, tribunal constitution, procedure, interim measures, awards and enforcement, mediation, arb-med-arb, institutional review, and schedules. The Rules are downloadable in full and supplemented by the Expert Determination Protocol v1.0 and the Brand Guidelines v1.1 governing institutional publications.

Parties with a valid arbitration agreement may file a Notice of Arbitration under the Consolidated Rulebook. The Secretariat acknowledges within one business day.

Commence a Matter

Withdrawal within fourteen days of the Notice is permitted under Article 7 without forfeiture of the Registration Fee *.
