Lex Arbitrate administers four services: Arbitration under four tracks; Mediation under the Mediation Act, 2023; Structured Negotiation Assistance; and Emergency Arbitration. Each service operates under the Consolidated Rulebook and the institutional Code of Conduct.

Service Architecture

Each service has a dedicated track, timeline, fee bracket, and outcome format. Services may be combined through the Arb-Med-Arb protocol, permitting a mediated settlement to be recorded as a consent award within a single institutional file.

Parties with a valid arbitration agreement may file a Notice of Arbitration under the Consolidated Rulebook. The Secretariat acknowledges within one business day.

Commence a Matter

Withdrawal within fourteen days of the Notice is permitted under Article 7 without forfeiture of the Registration Fee *.
