An Institutional Advisory Board

Counsel on policy, not on cases

The Advisory Board comprises former judges, senior counsel, distinguished academics, and industry representatives. The Board advises the Governing Council on institutional policy, rule-making, and strategic direction. The Board does not participate in the administration of individual cases.

Composition and Function

Members are appointed for a defined term on the basis of standing, experience, and continuing contribution to the field. The Board meets quarterly and publishes minutes in redacted form where institutional interests permit.
