1. Institutional materials
The Rulebook, Schedule I, the Lexicon, Knowledge publications, and the institutional motto and seal are the intellectual property of Lex Arbitrate. They may be read, downloaded, and cited for institutional, academic, and dispute-management purposes. They may not be republished, modified, or used commercially without written permission from the Registry.
2. Permitted use
You may quote a Knowledge publication or a Rulebook article with attribution. You may print materials for institutional use. You may link to any page on the Website without permission, provided the link does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use the Website to attempt unauthorised access, to disrupt service, to scrape content for AI training (the Website carries explicit TDM Reservation and noai/noimageai signals), to misrepresent your identity, or to facilitate any unlawful purpose.
4. Communications through the Website
An email address, contact form, or filing screen on the Website is institutional infrastructure. Submissions become subject to the Rulebook on commencement. Pre-commencement enquiries do not establish confidentiality.
5. Limitation of liability
The Website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The Centre does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of any third-party interference. To the extent permitted by law, the Centre's liability arising from website use is limited to the institutional fees paid, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Centre and the Registry against claims arising from your misuse of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
7. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and (for matters) the Rulebook, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Centre regarding the Website.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
