49.1 A Registration Fee as prescribed in Schedule I is payable with every Request for Arbitration. The Registration Fee is non-refundable and is not credited towards other fees.
Parties with a valid arbitration agreement may file a Notice of Arbitration under the Consolidated Rulebook. The Secretariat acknowledges within one business day.
Commence a MatterWithdrawal within fourteen days of the Notice is permitted under Article 7 without forfeiture of the Registration Fee *.
Lex Arbitrate is an institutional centre for arbitration, mediation, and negotiation, operating under its Consolidated Rulebook.
